The app

What is Obra?
A fitness app for iPhone and the web that puts food and training in one place. Calorie and protein targets that adapt to your real results, a food log that takes seconds, workout programs with timers, demos and swaps, and a weigh-in trend that ignores the daily noise. Coaches, trainers, nutritionists and gyms get a free dashboard to build, share and sell programs and meal plans.
What does it cost?
Base is $9.99 a month. Plus is from $16.99 a month. Pro is from $26.99 a month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, annual plans are available, and App Store prices differ slightly from the web. Coaching accounts are free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on every plan. A payment method is required to start, as with any App Store or Stripe subscription. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What is the difference between Base, Plus and Pro?
Base is the rules engine: targets, logging, your programs, no AI. Plus adds logging a meal from a photo or a sentence and asking questions about your day. Pro adds program and meal plan design on demand, with a larger monthly allowance.
Do I have to lift weights or follow a plan?
No. At sign-up you choose whether you want a plan built for you, want to train your own way, or do not lift at all. Barre, Pilates, a run, a walk, a class: log it in one tap with a ballpark calorie burn, or start the clock and stop it when you are done.
Does it work with Apple Watch and Apple Health?
Yes. The Apple Watch app shows the current set and the rest countdown, ticks a set done from your wrist, and records heart rate during a session. Finished workouts and their calories are written to Apple Health.
Is the AI a coach?
No. Obra does not coach. The AI logs a meal from a photo, answers a question about your day, and on Pro drafts a program or a day of meals you approve. It proposes, never decides. The coach is a person who connects to the app, and they can see what it suggested.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Obra is on iPhone and at obra.fit in any browser.
Where is my data?
Under your account, on Obra's servers. The privacy policy says what is collected, what the AI features send when you use them, and how to delete your account from inside the app.

Coaching

What is the catch?
Obra makes money when your clients subscribe to the app, so we want you selling. The coaching tools are free because they bring clients.
How do I sell a program?
Build it in the free dashboard, list it one time or as a monthly membership, and share one link. Buyers pay you directly through Stripe at checkout. Obra takes a 0% platform fee; Stripe's card processing fee still applies.
Do my clients have to pay for Obra?
Yes. The app is a subscription for them, with 10% off through your link. Your program or membership price is on top and goes to you.
What do I earn on referrals?
Anyone who joins through your link gets 10% off and you earn 20% of what they pay Obra, for as long as they stay. Not a first-year rate that quietly drops. Any account can make a referral link in Settings; coaches also get the client linked to them.
Can I see their food and their lifts?
Everything they log, plus their weigh-in trend. Read-only, exactly what they choose to share with you. They can revoke it any time.
I already have a site or a PDF.
Keep it. Point its buy button at your Obra storefront. The site is the front door; Obra is what your client uses every day.
Can I build on a computer?
Yes. The editor runs in the app and at obra.fit in any browser. A full program goes faster with a keyboard.
Is there a contract?
No. Free account, cancel nothing, leave whenever. Your listings and clients are yours.
Try Obra free for 7 days.iPhone and the web. Coaching accounts are free.
